How can I obtain an invoice?

An invoice is available by printing your confirmation email, or accessing the Order-ID in your account.

How can I cancel my order?

Should you contact the product seller shortly after the order, cancellation should be possible. Please e-mail the seller - details are included in your purchase confirmation email.

Why are certain items not available immediately?

Due to the number of books, DVDs, and CDs now available in the market, at any given time a proportion will be unavailable for a variety of reasons. Please consider an alternative edition if the item is needed immediately.
